Draft reply helps you write a message in the SUCH inbox. It gives you text to review. It does not send it.
Make a draft
- Open an inbox chat. Select the sparkle button beside the emoji and sticker selector.
- Read the Draft reply. It shows Bot Knowledge use, the model and reasoning effort, and estimated AI credits.
- Select Shorter or Friendlier to revise it. Select Insert to put it in the message box, or Discard to close it.
- Check the text in the message box. Edit it if needed, then send it yourself.
A Draft reply is made only when you select the sparkle button. It is never sent automatically.

Draft reply helps an agent answer one chat. Automatic AI answers are set up separately for AI support bots.
