Use the SUCH web app to talk to users, manage chat status, and send files, text, emojis, and GIFs.
Reply to messages
- Open your bot or support-group chat. Select Open Chat under a Telegram notification when you want to answer in the web app.
- Write your message, attach any files you need, and send it when it is ready.
- Use the clock or check icons to snooze or close chats.
Get help with a reply
Select the sparkle button beside the emoji and sticker selector to ask AI for a draft. See Write an AI Draft Reply for the steps.
You can also reply to messages in Telegram or edit and reply to messages directly in SUCH chats.
