AI Credits power SUCH's AI features. They are used when your bot creates automatic AI answers and when you test your bot. Draft reply also shows an estimated AI credit amount before you decide whether to use it.

What affects AI usage
AI usage depends on the model and reasoning effort you choose, the token limit, the length of your instructions, and the context needed for each answer.
- Instructions: longer or more detailed instructions use part of the available context.
- Conversation history: ongoing chats can need more context to answer accurately.
- Retrieved knowledge: the AI can search Bot Knowledge more than once when a reply needs it.
- Model, reasoning, and token limit: larger limits or more reasoning can increase AI usage.

How To Buy
You can buy AI credits to use for your bots in SUCH. Follow these steps:
1. Open app.such.chat.
2. Go to your bot settings by clicking your avatar and then your bot’s name.
3. Click on Bot AI > Buy more credits.
Free Credits for PRO Bots
All new SUCH bots receive 1 AI Credit to test and understand usage costs. SUCH PRO bots get 19 AI Credits with subscription renewal.
Expiration
- All Credits expire 1 year from the moment of purchase, gift, or PRO renewal.
- AI Credits will roll over if not used within the month and will remain valid even if the PRO account is canceled.
Note: AI Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits cannot be converted back to USD. Using personal OpenAI API keys is not supported at this time.
