Test your bot opens a private test chat. Nothing you send there reaches Telegram.

Try a test chat

1. Open your bot's Project Settings > Bot AI > Bot AI Instructions.
2. Select Test your bot.
3. Send a question a customer might ask. Check the answer, then change your instructions or Bot Knowledge if needed.

Test messages use AI Credits.

Start over or pause AI

Select Clear history to start a new test conversation.

Send /human to pause AI in the test chat. This does not notify your team.
